focus follows mouse for Terminal.app

macosxhints – 10.3: Switch Terminal window focus with mouse movement

defaults write com.apple.Terminal FocusFollowsMouse -string YES

use NO to switch it back

    This is nice. But is it possible to do this system wide? So I could switch from safari to terminal with just moving the mouse?
